Remote Control Program Download Area
The remote control client and host programs are provided to you at no charge to help with any support problem that cannot be answered with normal phone support.
The remote control client is installed on your desktop machine and then you will connect to our support administration server here in the Dallas, Texas area.
The remote control host program is provided to you as a courtesy to allow you to support your branch offices and telecommuters with the same level of onboard support for problems that do not deal with our programs.
We own the rights to distribute the program as we need for our clients. But we do not extend that right to you to distribute the program. By downloading the programs, you are accepting this arrangement.
