The new Is2Qb server products allow developers to quickly build mobile and desktop client applications that connect to Intuit Quickbooks accounting data thru the use of http and webservices.
We use the Is2Qb Standard Standalone Server with our HVAC and Catering software for retrieving and transferring Quickbooks invoice, receipt, purchase order, customer, vendor, and inventory data.
Sample client applications include a Windows client executable built with Borland Delphi, a Flash 10 client built with Adobe Flex 3, and an Apple Iphone application built with Appcelerator Titanium.
