Additions:

1. Vendor Invoices – department allocation is automatically created for you when entering the vendor invoice based on the departmental allocation models

2. Department Allocation Models – under More Lists – to be used to automatically create the department allocations in vendor invoices.   If shown grayed out on the More Lists menu, go to Users, choose the user to give the menu access rights, and generate menu items under the company selected.

3. Purchase Orders – Browse – added additional Lookup By fields.

4. Purchase Orders – Browse – added additional columns and grid groups.   Some new columns and groups are defaulted to not visible.  Visibility can be turned on with the grid field selector drop-down.

5. Purchase Orders – Browse – added Save, Load, and Delete user defined layout options.

6. Purchase Orders – Browse – automatically loads the user defined layout upon showing if defined.

Corrections:

1. Problem corrected in Payroll Void Check where the report was not showing the correct payroll deposit required at check posting.  Was showing the deposit without the correct employer fica and medicare rate.

Additions:

1. Spell Checking added to Estimates and Work Order memo areas. A Thesaurus was added to the Estimate memo areas.

2. Individual document post and un-post added to the invoice and receipt areas for Quickbooks document transfers. Also, multiple documents can be chosen to be posted in a single batch transfer.

3. Additional areas were enhanced with new enhanced datagrids and advanced filtering options.

4. New management reports using a pivot grid data transformation engine which can be user defined.

5. New work orders can be added from the Purchase Order service order lookup screen.

6. New lookup by fields added for customer and service order dispatch browse screens.

7. New methods in service dispatch to allow users to store their preferred modified browse view and the default lookup by option.

Corrections:

1. Problem corrected in service order dispatch grid where the lookup by was reordering incorrectly after saving a work order.

2. Customer sorting in Customer browse screen corrected for several lookup by options.
